Aurton ki namaaz ka farq
The Difference in Prayer for Women
  • Takbeere Tahreema ke waqt apne donon haath kandhon tak uthhaayein, lekin haathon ko dupatte se baahar na nikaalein.

  • During the time of Takbeer-e-Tahreema, raise both hands up to the shoulders, but do not uncover the hands from beneath the scarf.

  • Aurtein seene par haath baandhein aur daahine haath ki hatheli ko baayein haath ki hatheli ki pusht par rakh dein.

  • Women should place their hands on their chest, with the palm of the right hand on the back of the left hand.

  • Ruku mein aurtein thoda sa jhukein yaani sirf is qadar ke haath ghutnon tak pahonch jaaye, peethh bilkul seedhi na karein, donon haath ghutnon par rakh dein, ghutnon ko na pakdein aur jitna ho sake sukad kar ruku karein.

  • In the Ruku position, women should slightly bend forward, just enough for the hands to reach the knees. The back should not be completely straight. Place both hands on the knees, do not grasp the knees, and try to make the Ruku without excessive bending as possible.

  • Sajde mein aurtein paaon khada na karein; balke daahni taraf nikaal dein [khoob simat kar aur dab kar sajda karein, pet donon raanon se aur baazu donon pehluoon se mil jaayein] aur donon kalaaiyon ko zameen par rakh dein.

  • In the Sajda, women should not lift their feet; instead, they should extend towards the right side [the stomach should touch both thighs, and the forearms should touch both shoulders]. Place both wrists on the ground.

  • Qa'ade mein jab baithhein, to donon paaon ko daahni taraf nikaal dein aur donon haathon ko raanon par rakh dein aur ungliyaan mila kar rakhein.

  • When sitting in the Qa'da, extend both feet towards the right side and place both hands on the thighs, keeping the fingers close together.
